Sales Terms And Conditions

1. No EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE will be issued without original invoice. 

2. EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE will be issued within 7 working DAYS. 

3. Strictly no guarantee on electronic parts, they're Non-returnable. If faulty, 

Manufacturer's warranty policy will apply. 

4. Used spare parts has only 7 days guarantee. 

5. Returns are subjected to Management or Manufacturer's approval and 20% handling 

fee will apply. 

6. Parts correctly supplied cannot be returned without management approval. 

7. All new spare parts carries 3 months guarantee and warranty, if you get a fault on any, 

you have to provide a fault code or a diagnostic report from a RMI APPROVED 

WORKSHOP 

8. Special order and Back orders can't be cancelled (10% deposit will be required before 

ordering) and take 9-15 working days to be available for collection or delivery. 

The supplier does not warrant that it will deliver the goods within the estimated time, 

however it will do it's best to do so, Should the supplier be unable to deliver the goods on 

the expected date and / or time indicated, I will not have a right to cancel this agreement. 

9. Estimate and QOUTATION is valid for 7 days only, Prices subjected to change without 

prior notice. 

10. New INJECTORS doesn't have a guarantee once bought, no refund or exchange for 

them 

11. No Parts will be released before the money reflects on the company bank statement.. 

If you're using a different bank, please make IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.
